1. About us

2. Products and specifications

We manufacture fasteners and power line fittings to DIN, ASTM, ASME/ANSI, BS and GB standards. Photographs, drawings and dimensions on this site are indicative. The specification that binds both parties is the one stated on the proforma invoice and, where applicable, the approved drawing.

3. Prices

Prices shown on this site are reference prices in US dollars for the typical specification stated on each product page, FOB China, and exclude freight, insurance, duties and taxes. The binding price is the one stated on our proforma invoice or in the order confirmation we send you. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you first.

4. Orders and acceptance

An online order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or proforma invoice, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline an order if the goods are unavailable, if the specification cannot be met, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Online orders are paid through PayPal at the time of ordering. For production orders we accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) and L/C at sight. Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as stated on the invoice (normally FOB). Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the first carrier. Delivery dates are estimates; see our Shipping Policy for processing and transit times.

7. Inspection and claims

You should inspect the goods on arrival and notify us of any visible shortage or damage within 7 days, and of any hidden defect within 30 days of delivery. Claims must quote the order number and include photographs. Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the remedies available.

8. Warranty

We warrant that the goods conform to the agreed specification and are free from material defects in workmanship for 12 months from delivery, provided they are stored, installed and used as intended. This warranty does not cover normal wear, corrosion caused by an unsuitable environment, or damage caused by incorrect installation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, delay penalties or any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, drawings and logos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent. Drawings you send us remain yours; we use them only to quote and produce your order.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic control measures, war, strikes, carrier disruption or government action.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; failing that, the dispute is submitted to the competent court at the seller's place of business.
