This policy explains when and how you can return goods or request a refund from Hebei Bolaige New Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Bolaige", "we", "us"). It applies to orders placed through anbangindustry.com and to orders confirmed by our sales team by email or proforma invoice. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the goods are delivered to the address you specified. The request must be sent in writing to nancy.ghen@anbangindustry.com and must include your order number, the item codes and the quantity you wish to return.

2. Conditions for a return

• The goods must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging with all labels intact;
• The goods must be from the same production batch as stated on our packing list;
• A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be issued by us before you ship anything back;
• Goods returned without an RMA number may be refused or subject to a handling charge.

3. Faulty or incorrect goods

If the goods are defective, damaged in transit, or differ from the specification you ordered, please notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery and provide photographs or video of the goods and the packaging. After verification we will, at your choice, replace the goods, repair them, or refund the amount paid for the affected items. In this case we bear the return freight.

4. Goods we cannot accept back

• Custom-made items produced to your drawing, sample or special specification;
• Goods that have been installed, used, welded, cut, plated or otherwise altered;
• Goods returned more than 30 days after delivery without our prior written agreement;
• Free samples and clearance items.

5. Return freight

For returns that are not caused by a defect or our error, the return freight, export clearance and any bank charges are payable by you. Original outbound freight is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund process and timing

Once the returned goods reach our warehouse we inspect them within 5 working days. If the return is approved, the refund is issued within 10 working days of the inspection, using the same payment method you used for the order (PayPal, bank transfer or offset against your next invoice). Bank charges and currency conversion differences are not refundable.

7. Cancellation before shipment

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before production starts. Once production has started, cancellation is subject to reimbursement of the raw material and processing costs already incurred. Orders for custom parts cannot be cancelled after drawing approval.

8. How to start a return

Email nancy.ghen@anbangindustry.com with the subject line "Return request - [your order number]". We reply within 2 working days with an RMA number and the return address. Please do not send goods back before you receive the RMA.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
